Important notes
  • Your email must exist in the HR’s records. If not, please consult HR to update your email address.
  • Check your spam/junk folder. The reset email may sometimes be filtered there.
  • OTP code has an expiration time. Make sure to use it immediately (e.g., within 5 minutes).
  • Do not share the reset link. It is unique and meant only for you.
  • Ensure you have internet access. A stable connection is required to receive the email and complete the reset process.
  • Contact IT support if issues persist. For example, if you do not receive the email or the reset link does not work.
